A signed and inscribed piece of the Great Western Forum floor from James Worthy. It comes with the Los Angeles Lakers letter of authenticity signed by Steve Chase, Director of Sales, confirming the wood as an authentic and original piece of the Great Western Forum basketball court, used from 1967 through 1991. Worthy went number one overall in 1982 and spent his entire career in purple and gold, and this is the floor he made his name on: all three championships, the 1988 Finals MVP, and the run of playoff nights that turned him into Big Game James. He has signed the piece in deco paint pen, which sits up on the maple and really makes the signature pop, and added the HOF 03 inscription for his 2003 induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
